Carol is a certified fitness coach. She has competed at both the national and North American level within the Canadian Physique Alliance and the IFBB organizations.
Her focus is now on helping others achieve their goals through proper fitness regimens and clean and healthy eating. Being fit over 50, she is proof that you can still look and feel great if you take the time to care for yourself.
Carol is also a certified fitness instructor specialist and a 200hr certified yoga instructor. She has been in the fitness industry for over 12 years.
